Open-source web analytics you can host yourself for free, or use as Matomo Cloud priced by monthly hits.
Matomo On-Premise is free software under the GPL v3 licence that runs on your own servers. Matomo Cloud is the hosted service, priced by monthly hits and hosted on AWS in Germany, with backups in Ireland. InnoCraft, Matomo's company, acts as processor for Cloud customers under a published data processing agreement.
