Web content and digital experience (CMS, DXP)
Sitecore
A digital experience platform whose SaaS edition, SitecoreAI, combines content management, customer data and personalisation.
In November 2025 Sitecore launched SitecoreAI, the evolution of its XM Cloud content management service, combining content, data and personalisation in one SaaS platform with an Agentic Studio of pre-built AI agents. XM Cloud customers were upgraded without migrating, per Sitecore's FAQ. Pricing is by quote.
Where it shines
- Existing XM Cloud customers moved to SitecoreAI without a migration, per Sitecore.
- Publishes a page listing its security certifications and audit reports.
Check before signing
- No public prices; cost depends on a quote.
- Product names changed in 2025 (XM Cloud became SitecoreAI), so older documents may use the earlier name.
